2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy
We may terminate user access to the website in appropriate circumstances for users who are repeat infringers or found repeatedly posting infringing content.
